2060: The end of the World as we know it

…or so says Newton. Sir Isaac Newton, Oz!
He believed the Apocalypse would come in 2060 – exactly 1,260 years after the foundation of the Holy Roman Empire, according to a recently published letter. He used the Bible book of Daniel to calculate this date.
This letter from 1704 is on display in Jerusalem’s Hebrew University.
