cross processed

Thanks to Shutterday photo meme, I stepped outside my normal photo editing habit of trying to make my photos look as natural and as close to the subject as possible (as far as my memory and screen will let me). But they decided to make the theme cross processing, the art of accidentally processing your (old days) film in the wrong chemicals (yeah, sure you did it on purpose, lol) and coming out with high contrast and weird coloured results. Of course in the digital age it is easier to make your photos artsy by emulating the process with a few simple bends of the curves tool, so I had a bash. I am not sure I like the result, maybe I need to do a bit more research.

But here is my first attempt.

maybe I need another try 🙂
